- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent license in good standing
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up habits
- A consultative approach focused on understanding the client
- Comfort learning agency systems, rating platforms, and workflows

- Experience in personal lines, commercial lines, or both is welcomed
